About Rocky
Rocky is a quiet and sweet natured 2 year and 1 month old male Sphynx cat who is looking for his forever home.
Rocky came into care via a breeder who was in need of Rescue help due to having too many animals in her care.
Rocky came in with a bit of a bumpy start with toileting and learning that humans were not going to help him – our amazing carers have worked with Rocky and really helped him become the amazing boy he is today.
Rocky and others have all come into care where vet work has been completed on them (including health check, microchip, vaccinations and desexing).
Rocky is a typical sphynx who is full of love one minute and then fast asleep the next, but when awake is high energy and inquisitive, he will require cat scratches, towers, mental stimulation.
Rocky is still learning to play and as such can sometimes get over excited and give little love bites to him Humans.
Rocky is currently living with another cat and he has been happily working out the pecking order with little issue.
Rocky also lives with a dog and is not fazed by him at all.
When Rocky is settled he loves nothing more than cuddles on the lap, curling up in blankets for a nap and laying near windows in the sun keeping warm. He loves to he held (on his terms) and cuddled and would happily stay in someone’s arms all day. He really loves scratches behind the ear and will rub his head on your hand till you start giving him the scratches he wants!
Rocky has a healthy appetite and will let you know if he’s hungry
It would not take Rocky long to bond his humans, once he does he is very affectionate
He is litter box trained.
Rocky is an absolute delight to have around and is full of love and lots of purrs
Rocky requires an indoor only home, though access to an outdoor cat enclosure would also be great as long as there are some nice shady spots to hide from the sun!
