About Mikah - 10 Week Old Staffy X (On trial 27/7/23)
Introducing Mikah the 10 week old, male staffy x puppy.
Mikah is such a sweet little man. He is a happy little puppy who enjoys playing with his toys and his foster parents in the backyard. Mikah loves his afternoon zoomies very much. Mikah also looooves his food and has a typical happy staffy chat when it’s time for his meals. This love of food will be great for his continued training and made his first vet visit a breeze.
Mikah like many pups can be very timid at first so it’s really important for him that his new family continue to expose him to places, people and other animals safely so he can continue to grow his confidence.
Mikah will grow up to be a medium dog. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.
It would be a big plus if you have a friendly adult dog as a teacher, companion and playmate for Mikah.
Mikah needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside. He will be a wonderful family dog and loves to follow you around the house to see what you’re up to. Mikah is very small (photos are deceiving) so children over 8 are best. You need good fencing with no small gaps. rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire) would not be suitable for Mikah.
Mikah adoption fee is $700.00 which includes their desexing when they are old enough. It also includes their first two vaccinations. They have been treated for fleas and worms, and are microchipped.
Mikah is in foster care in Central Coast, NSW area. Since they are not yet desexed, the are only available for adoption in the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. They will need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when they are 5 to 6 months old.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:

(2) If the questionnaire is approved we will arrange a property check so we
can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) After that we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster
carer's home, nearby park or your home.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family
member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
