About Wesley
Our big boy Wesley is ready to start his search for his forever home. He is making great progress in his foster home and we can really see him flourish in his perfect set up.
This sweet boy is going to be a big fella, currently weighing in at 17kg at 4 months of age. So we are looking for a home who is searching for a large/ giant boy who we are estimating to be around 50kg at adult weight.
Wesley perfect home would include another dog as he loves to snuggle up for a cuddle or have a little romp around playing. He's shown to be gentle in nature so could adjust to a home with cats.
He is a little nervous with new environments and settings so a calm natured more quiet home would suit him best preferably with kids over the age of 5 so they're more stable in footing.
He adores other dogs and has been socialised with all sizes of dogs and been nothing but a well natured boy.
Wesley is currently being crate trained and doing great with this. Showing to also have good in house manners and toilet training skills. He is doing well on his leash work and following his foster carers with off leash and recall work.
Sleeping inside will be essential for Wesley and his new home throughout puppyhood and life and the allowance to be included in the family.
Fencing will need to be secure and safe 5ft and above but rural fencing will be accepted for the right household.
Wesley is a mix between German short haired pointer (mum is pure) and we believe bloodhound mixture in his dads side. Located in the lower hunter valley, he is ready to start meeting his new family.
His adoption fee is $650.

If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
