About Lily
Hi, my name is Lily and I am the most beautiful bully girl. I'm a speedy little pocket rocket that loves exercise and chasing the ball. I would love a big backyard to call my own so I can run around and play ball with my new family.
I was never taught to walk on a harness and lead before so it is all new to me and I get excited and pull. I am strong, real strong for a little girl like me. I really enjoy my walking so if you want a walking partner then I am the girl for you, sometimes I even get to go on little jogs. I love going on bush walks and walking where it is nice and quiet. I'm not like normal bullies, I don't stop and sniff all the time, I just want to keep on walking. Sometimes you will have to just make me stop and enjoy myself and surroundings.
I love going for car rides and cruising around with my people, I enjoy meeting new people when I am out and about. But I do get anxious while I'm out so you won't be able to take me to a cafe for a doggy latte.
During the day I must admit if you want to do anything at home, I will be helping you, even if you don't want my help. Where you go, I go. No alone time will be had. That's how I roll. Sometimes, not much gets done because of this. I hear the humans say that quite alot.
I have spent most of my life living outside in the cold, but I have been living with my very special emergency foster carers these past 8 weeks and they have shown me what love is and what it is like to live inside and be warm. Oh I so love living inside and I'm the bestest girl. I'm toilet trained and I tell you when I need to go outside. I'm crate trained too but I have been sleeping in my bed next to my foster Mum at night for the past 8 weeks and I sleep all night long and love sleeping inside.
Did I tell you I love cuddles? Oh I do. They are the best thing ever. I love sitting on the couch and watching TV with my people and snuggling in and getting pats and my belly rubbed. Oh and I love being told I am the most beautiful girl in the world.
I love food, sometimes abit too much. I think that is because sometimes I didn't get food all the time.
I also love children and I am very gentle with them.
I do enjoy having someone home most of the time, or someone that can take me with them places as I don't like being alone anymore as I worry that you will leave me again. I am just happy to be with you. But if you do go out during the day I am happy to wait for you and give you the best cuddles when you get home.
Please - No other dogs or cats in the home. I have no social skills with dogs (I react negatively towards them on my walks and have to be redirected which is easy to do but can be alarming to others.)

Adoption details
VBTR places all dogs in a foster care agreement, before moving forward on adoptions. All foster applications received will be assessed and those that meet the needs of the dog will have house & suitability checks. From there, approved applicants will have the opportunity to foster with a view to adopt. Most go onto be ‘foster fails’ and adopt these beautiful bullies. VBTR work tirelessly to ensure successful foster to adopt placements for the benefit of both dogs and humans alike! Bully Buddies are assigned to every dog support this process.
