About Eleanor (Ellie) *On Trial*
Say hi to Eleanor, or Ellie for short! Ellie is a delightful and curious mini lop rabbit weighing a petite 1.5kg. She's spent nearly two years in loving foster care, and now at 3 years old, Ellie is seeking a wonderful new family where she can continue to be the pampered bun she’s grown to love. Her spirit of adventure and joy can bring a smile to anyone's face....And who can say no with those beautiful big eyes!
Ellie is a small mini lop in size 1.5-1.6kg size with beautiful black, tan and cream markings. She has a few ear war wounds from her previous life, but her beautiful sparkling big eyes will win you over. Her coat is easy to maintain and has a beautiful sheen after a good groom. Ellie doesn't mind being picked up and as long as there is a loooong massage at the end, she's partial to a good groom too.
With her endearing curiosity, Ellie loves to explore her surroundings. A weekly change-up of her pen setup with new and exciting DIY treat toys, a snuffle mat or a cardboard box mansion will keep her mind busy. Thanks to her food-motivated nature, Ellie is easily teachable with hay-based treats, daily pellets, or a fresh selection of veggies - They are her favourite!
Ellie's ideal routine involves periods of exuberant energy, particularly around dusk. This is when she performs exuberant "zoomies" and "binkies" in her enclosure, entertaining anyone lucky enough to watch. During the day, she loves receiving gentle affection and will charm her caregivers with her soft gestures of gratitude, including teeth purrrrring.
For Ellie, a perfect home would offer ample space for her to play and explore. Her boundless energy, charming personality, and impressive parkour skills are sure to win your heart. Medical notes
While Eleanor has tested positive for E.Cuniculi, she has never shown any symptoms and is on preventive medication, which is given for 9 consecutive days every six months. This routine minimizes the chances of her developing symptoms.

Adoption details
If you are interested in any of our available animals, please send us an email. We will send you through an adoption questionnaire which helps us to get to know you and to help match you with the right animal.
We will then arrange a day and time for you to meet the animal you are interested in. If all goes well, we will have you sign an adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee and take home your newest addition for a two week trial period.
If during the trial period, you decide that this is not the right animal for your family, we can arrange for the animal to be returned to us and you will receive a full refund.
After the trial period, the animal may still be returned at any time but there will be no refund.
