Zahzu - 12 Week Old Cattle Dog X

Zahzu is a sweet, well behaved girl, looking for her forever family. She has striking eyes and beautiful coat markings are topped off with a sweet dark patch on her tail as well as her face.

This joyful girl loves a cuddle and a play but she is super respectful of her tiny and older foster sibling and knows when she has had enough.

Zahzu is crate trained for rest time and always wants to play with younger humans around the backyard running and with toys.

Zahzu has been with DRN from a very young age and only knows love for her people. She is well socialised and would love a furry sibling to keep her company.

She will be a medium breed when grown and will benefit from on-going training. She has done some training to date with the foster carers and responds with determination. Zahzu is quick to learn and is mastering her basics while in care. She sleeps all night in her crate and is picking up toileting quickly on grass when let out and pads inside. She will indicate when she needs to be let outside if she needs to toilet. She will be a wonderful addition to her new family and an excellent companion. She has 5 children in the house that have been active and attentive to her needs.

Zahzu's adoption fee is $700 which includes his desexing when she is old enough and vaccinations, flea, tick and worm treatment.

Zahzu is in foster care in Lake Macquarie, NSW. Since she is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. She’ll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when she's 5 to 6 months old.
