Rosie is a sweetheart. She craves human love and affection. She's going to be so loyal to a her lucky hooman rescuer.
Important to Rosie - a human bestie, a tennis ball, a garden hose.
Being a working gal, Rose needs a job. Luckily, she comes with her own tools and skills - a 6-pack of tennis balls and a ball thrower. She will work those balls as long as her human will throw em. Like anyone after a hard day's work, she appreciates a drink and if you could see to it that it's in the form of a swim or better still, a garden hose, well yay, she's one happy dog.
She's the best ever on-lead. Absolutely no pulling, and if you ask, she walks beside you. Would be a fabulous exercise buddy. If not up to walking her daily, ball games are her preference to a walk anyway. A bit anxious in the car, but I'm sure with more fun outings, she'll get the idea it's a good thing.
Not particularly interested in other dogs but has been fine with 2 resident poodles. If she were to be in a backyard while you went to work, a doggo mate might be nice. Slow introduction required of course.
One negative is, she's not a fan of cats, and I expect this applies to pocket pets. She is, however, fine with chickens and horses.
Not been around children yet but she just loves all people she's met whilst walking.
Currently sleeping outdoors on the verandah or in her crate. She's a good girl staying out, due to my cat being in. I'm pretty sure she would love to be inside though.
Overall, Rosie is a delightful pooch who will honestly make a best friend.
