Elmer and Fudd aren’t your normal boisterous border collies and love their inside life. Both are super affectionate, sooks in fact, and prefer to cuddle on the couch. They would be best suited to people who mostly work at home as they love human attention. They are very demanding of pats and cuddles and love to sleep next to you on the couch. They sleep very well at night and are house trained.

Whilst these brothers are independent, they do at times get anxious. NEVER aggressive, including if they are hurt – eg foot stood on, needles at the vet. They do get scared of loud noises, being put on a lead and back away when being fed, but have become increasingly more trusting. They are seeking a new home together just to give them some sense of security and they are really chillaxed, well behaved dogs. Elmer walks on a lead really well, but Fudd (the smaller one thankfully), gets so excited and would benefit from some training. They are no fuss eaters.

They have fitted into their foster home and family well. Very quiet dogs, but have become great watch dogs when someone arrives at the door – but lick them to death when they walk in.

Fantastic around kids, and other dogs. Not tested around cats.
