Our super sweet senior boy Peter is now ready to find a great matched home. Peter is 8 years old going on 9 years young. Sometimes he still thinks he is a spritely teenager.

Peter is looking for a loving retirement home with someone that is home a fair bit. He loves hanging out with people, always happy to greet new people, good with other dogs ✅️🐕 and a genuine nice guy! Peter has been found to be good with cats ✅️🐈....oh sheep 🐑❌️ not so much as he wanted to chase them.

Peter does require a very secure yard as he is know for squeezing under gates or through small gaps. Peter is still working on his toilet training - indicating he has previously been a total outdoor dog.

At Peter's senior age we want him to enjoy the comforts of an indoor/outdoor home. So if your not prepared to continue working on Peter's toilet training then don't apply.

Peter has recently had a dental with multiple teeth extracted. He also had a large growth in his ear surgically removed. Peter is desexed, vaccinated, flea and worm treated and microchipped. His adoption fee is $500. Significantly less than what his vet work has cost PARH.

Peter needs a home that can love and care for him, but can also afford future veterinary costs. Senior animals can be costly as different health conditions arise with their age.

To register interest in giving Peter a home - sorry no busy household with children. This boy deserves a retirement home where he can just hangout in the garden, inside in comfort and daily walks.
