About Beela
Beela is an affectionate and intelligent cat who loves to have conversations with his humans. He enjoys playing with people and will follow them around the house, tapping their leg for a pat. Beela also loves head and chin scratches and sitting with his people while they watch television.
This inquisitive boy loves exploring both indoors and outdoors, as well as sleeping in the sun or snuggling with his humans on cold nights. He also has a routine of eating dry food then milk before going outside to play. He particularly likes seafood flavours in his meals!
Beela is a smart cookie and will meow at you and then lead you to something he wants; like his food bowl or the door to outside. Beela is quite the trickster though - he has mastered the 'meow to be let outside, then want to come back inside moments later' technique!
Beela is not afraid of a bit of friendly competition when it comes to playtime - though if you win too many games in a row, he will get grumpy and go sit somewhere else. If you’re play-bullying him he will very adorably roll over like he is surrendering! How cute!
Beela will make an excellent companion for someone who has a calm and loving home. Beela may be suited to living with a feline friend but would prefer to avoid the excitement of dogs and children.

Medical notes
Beela had a check-up at the vet in May last year. No significant health issues were detected.
Beela does have small lumps near his left armpit. These have been present for years and have remained unchanged. Beela tends to eat quickly and can occasionally vomit due to this. His owners have found that feeding his meal in two smaller portions has resolved this.
Beela's veterinary history and blood test results are available to view prior to adoption if you wish.

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
