About Charlie
Charlie is the sweetest big girl who has been very loved by her family 💕
She will sit for her food, drop, sometimes shakes hands, and will come when called.
She has been around children of all ages and is very gentle apart from sometimes she forgets how big she is and will knock over small children.
Charlie is very affectionate 🧸. She will walk beside you with either harness or collar 🐾 but does get excited when seeing other dogs on walk and wants to play .
She has the most beautiful eyes (one is full brown the other is half blue and brown).
Charlie has never escaped from the yard and doesn’t have separation or anxiety issues.
She loves going in the car 🚙.
She is fully house trained and crate trained ✔️ and loves sleeping inside.
Charlie loves to get a hydro bath 💦 but does take some getting used to a new person doing it.
Her favourite games are fetch and tug-of-war.
Charlie has been around dogs of all sizes since owners had her due to them fostering other dogs up until two years ago 🐕🦺🐕🦺.
Charlie is not tested with cats or livestock
Adoption details
We list animals for adoption on Pet Rescue as well as on our own Animals-in-Need-Brisbane website. We talk with people who contact about an animal to see what their needs and situation are. Our emphasis is on getting the right animal for the people and the right people for the animal. If everyone's needs are met things usually work out well.
If the situation sounds good we arrange a meeting. If all goes well we let people try the animal out for a couple of weeks to ensure that everyone is happy.
We keep records of all adopters, follow up to ensure all is well and undertake to take back any animal if circumstances change.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
