Meet Bailey!
Bailey is your typical staffy x breed, she just loves her food, loves her human attention and loves to play. After a good play in the back yard Bailey is happy to lay by the back door.
Bailey seems quite interested in little humans. She can see how fun and loving they can be, but she hasn't yet mastered how to be calm around them. She is very eager to please and play, and that excitement can get the better of her. Further training around smaller children will be required.
Bailey displays some dominating behaviour especially around smaller dogs and other females. Because of this we think it's best that she be placed with a male dog or super submissive female dog of her size or bigger. She would likely be happy as the only dog in the household: she is currently learning what it's like to share toys and space. Unfortunately Bailey wouldn't be suited to living with a dog that's smaller than her, and she is not cat friendly.
Like all dogs Bailey loves to go for walks. She pulls quite a lot on her lead so she is currently being walked on a head halti and is learning to be settled on a lead. She has started crate training, she gets fed in her crate too as her appetite gets the better of her and she goes looking for more food. She is currently being crated over night and is responding very well. Like all dogs she will require ongoing training and boundaries to ensure she becomes the best dog she can be.
If you're looking for a loving and loyal companion look no further than Bailey.
Bailey is $350 to adopt and comes desexed, microchipped, C5 vaccinated and given flea, tick and worm preventatives.
