About Fern
Please don't scroll past our Fern. She's definitely worth checking out!
If you're looking for a cat to keep you company while you work inside your home, Fern is the lady for you. You'll never feel lonely with Fern, as she has the sweetest meow and is happy to chat away to you as you move from room to room. At 5 years old, she has well and truly settled down and her days of running up curtains and knocking ornaments off the shelves has passed.
BACKGROUND:- Fern has lived in a couple of different homes in her past and it hasn't been easy for her. This lovely lady deserves a caring, stable home with cat-loving humans, and to be finally settled in one place and feel safe.
STANDOUT FEATURES:- When you meet Fern, you'll notice that she looks such a clean and tidy cat with her bright white blaze, bib and paws. As she's a tabby-coloured feline, Fern has beautiful grey and black stripes on her body. Her standout features have to be her cute pink nose and her stunning lined yellow eyes.
PURR-SONALITY:- Whilst Fern is extremely affectionate, enjoys your attention and loves to chat, she is a type of cat that can become slightly over-stimulated. Tip-It's at this stage that she would rather be left in peace for a short period of time.
LIFESTYLE:- Fern yearns to be a loving companion to someone who has a quiet, mature household with lots of routine. We recommend that Fern has access to cat scratching posts, as this can help with her high-arousal times. They can be placed near a window and near the lounge area. Sorry - only mature children, no other cats and no dogs please & to live indoors.
CARE:- Fern would benefit from having a "LAUNCH ROOM" when she goes to her new home. This is a temporary area (bedroom or crate) that she can feel secure in. This helps with her transition to your new home and can make the difference between stress or success.
