Baloo

Baloo is a chilled, loving and 100% good boy.
Having come from a community near Newman, his fosters are surprised how much he LOVES the comforts of city life. He enjoys the couch, the treats, the toys, the daily walks - and oh boy - playing fetch IS THE BEST. (and handy for exercising!)

Baloo is a quick learner, and has mastered recall, sit, drop (the ball) and ""out"". He wants to learn how to be a good boy to get all the treats and pats.

He is good on the lead, and is great at the dog park - making exercising easy. He is also the kind of dog we could imagine going to work with you - whether an office or a building site. He takes all new things easily in his stride.

Baloo is used to his independence - which means he can be a bit of an escapee. He can jump very high & likes to see where he can go. He doesn't bolt - just goes for a sniff and meander. We're also not sure if he's just testing his jumping skills (he's quite proud of them!)

When at home, he likes to lie in his bed or couch, chew a squeaky toy and just be near you & did we mention he likes treats!? He is fine being left alone for 4-5 hours after a walk - but then does enjoy a dig. This is something that could be worked on if you work full time. It would probably also improve if you had a good sized yard, or have a dog already.

He is curious about cats, and plays well with other dogs. He is also good with children - but we reckon 5yrs+ as he can be a bit of a boof-head and could accidentally knock over smaller children.

Both his foster families (and those he meets!) love Baloo. He is an absolute catch!
