About Marshall 35300
-Sensitive & Sweet
-Dog Selective
-Breed Experience Preferred
-Medium Size Dog
Marshall would be best suited in a home where is new family have owned dogs before.
He can be a little unsure of meeting new people at first, so when introducing him to your friends and family it would be best to go slow and let him warm up. Once he’s established that you and your pals are good eggs he’ll become very relaxed and will want some good cuddles and affection.
Marshall is a sensitive soul, he’s comfortable around people he feels safe with - due to this would suit any kind of household or lifestyle. However he is still learning and finessing his manners so it would be ideal that any children in the house are 10 years and older.
A medium to large sized yard with high, secure fencing will do wonders so he can let off some energy. But don’t let this fool you – Marshall is also the CEO of ‘nap time’. Free access to both indoors and out will see that this snug-bug is able to curl up inside for a quick kip.
Ongoing training (at home training) would also benefit this boy in becoming the best version of himself so that he can workon his confidence and social skills - he's yet to figure out how the leads works, so ongoing positive training will assist with this too.
Adoption details
Please remember that the pets we have available sometimes come to us with no history, so we do our very best to get to know them while they are here and to match them to your home. Sometimes animals behave differently outside of the shelter environment, so please do keep in touch after adoption so that we can help you settle your new family member in and address any unexpected behaviours.
