On Hold
About Susie - 3 Year Old Dachshund (Hold 6/7/23)
Susie loves everybody, big or small. She is a fun loving, highly intelligent, playful, and happy girl who will light up your heart, life, and home. She is confident, curious, busy, entertaining and a delight to be with.
Susie has a high need to be included as a family member, therefore; she MUST be an inside dog with access to the outside yard. She is sociable with all family members, enjoys following you around and loves to be on your lap for cuddles, time, and attention, but is also strong and independent. If she could, she would like to rule the roost and wear her crown.
Susie is great with other dogs and would dearly love doggo company to play with. She plays extremely well with her 3 foster siblings. She would get lonely without company of a playmate.
Susie loves her food and is carrying a little extra for winter, so would benefit from a very healthy diet and plenty of walking, ready for her summer body! She enjoys gnarling on a lasting treat or bone and likes to find a safe place to hide it in the garden or somewhere inconspicuous inside for later on.
She sleeps in a crate all night long and loves to sleep in, she is a bit of a snorey head. Her crate is her safe place, and she likes to go in and out throughout the day for her naps and prefers to “not be disturbed” whilst sleeping.
Susie is:
• Desexed, Vaccinated, worm and flea treated.
• House trained and uses the doggy door.
• Needs a secure yard.
• Needs a family home often.
• DOB 3/2/2020
• Located in Cameron Park.
• Available for Interstate adoption
