Baxter and his two siblings were dumped at an after hours surrender pen at a rural pound at just 6 weeks old and were brought to our rescue. They have been a delight to care for and these cuties are now ready for their forever homes!

Kelpie pups are highly intelligent and eager to please, making puppy training a breeze!

Baxter has already started puppy school and knows many basic commands! He is a clever boy. He hasn't quite mastered having manners around cats though so we will give preference to a home without resident cats, or a family who will do more training to help him be his best self around cats and contain his enthusiasm.

Baxter responds well to positive reinforcement and mental stimulation. He is a playful and energetic pup enjoys walks, short runs and lots of fun games.

At the end of a busy day of being the little ray of sunshine he is, Baxter would love nothing more than a snuggle on the couch and a big sleep in a comfy bed to recharge and be ready for a new day of adventure!
