About Constantine
Constantine was rescued from an unsatisfactory situation, like his sister Ophelia (who is his best friend). He is a playful boy who loves chasing his sisters and playing with toys. He has a beautiful silky coat, that is just stunning. Although he has the face of a lion, he has the heart of a marshmallow. He is a purr machine and enjoys snuggling on a lap, when he is sleepy. Of course, in the mornings and during the early evening he becomes a party boy. He is also very fond of food! You have to watch out because he is a bit of a sticky beak, and will get into cupboards, and sometimes has to cry to be let out. He is still wary of loud noises, but settles quickly if you just tell him its ok, and there's nothing to worry about. If he was to be an only cat, he would need someone who worked from home, as he is used to being with his siblings 24/7. Alternatively, he would be happy living with one of his sisters (Ophelia and Peony). He is a gentle sweet cat who would be best in a household of adults and/or older children.
Adoption details
STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW: I will come desexed, vaccinated (1st F3) and microchipped and will have up to date worm and flea treatments.
ADOPTING ME: You must be able to provide me with a loving long term and safe home. I would be fine in an apartment as long as I didn't have free run of the balcony if it wasn't fully enclosed. Please ensure your house or apartment can contain a cat inside (ie fly screens etc).
Please remember that I have thought seriously about taking you on and when you take me home, I am committing to you for life. So, I hope you have thought seriously about this and are likewise planning on committing to me.
ABOUT YOU: Given you know all about me, my foster parents would like to know something about who my new parents are going to be. They have rescued me from death row and have given me a lot of care and love. I know they love me and therefore want the best for me.

All adoptions will require a Pre-adoption application form completed and returned prior to a meet & greet with our cats. Please note that several people may be applying for the same cat so we need time to review all applicants. We do not re-home to the first to apply, we re-home to who best suits the needs of the cat or kitten. All applications will be considered individually and approval will be at the discretion of the AWL NSW Branch Representative, with their decision being final.
