Piper is a 7 week old terrier mix pup who is full of energy and loves everyone she meets. She was born in care, so she's already been vaccinated and microchipped, and will be desexed within the next few weeks so she'll be ready to come home soon! Piper is currently located in Ballarat, but can either come home now on a foster to adopt contract or after being desexed.
