Shadow

Heya! Shadow here. I'm a sweet boy with a shy and timid side. I had a rough start, but now that I'm here I'd love a very special family who can help me navigate life and give me the love and care I deserve.

Since I'm so shy and timid, I can be worried with new people and environments. But with vocal encouragement and yummy treats, I will open up and show my sweet self in my own time! When I'm feeling myself, I love to enjoy the sun outdoors and feel the grass under my paws.

My ideal home would be with a family that is mature, calm and respectful. People who can spend plenty of time with me and go at my slow and steady space, and read my body language. Since I was an outdoors dog in my old life, I'd love to be introduced to the indoors at my own place! (And with you by my side!)

If there are any other pooches at home, I'd love to meet them first before coming home. And if there are any teens in the family, I'd love to meet them as well! I think we'd be great friends. :)
