About Nauru
Meet Nauru, a sweet, cuddly kelpie boy with a gentle and soft nature.
This affectionate boy always seeks to stay close to his people, and loves nothing more than snuggles on the couch. But, true to his breed, he will need plenty of mental and physical stimulation.
Nauru loves dogs and people, but can be a little unsure in new situations, and will need confidence building work to make sure this doesn’t become engrained.
He is super smart, and has already learned an automatic sit when food might be available. He is coming along with his toilet training – though he is a baby and will need continued guidance from his humans to fully toilet train.
Nauru is looking for an experienced and active family who will give him plenty of exercise and stimulation, allow him inside as part of the family, and include him in all of their adventures.
His new family must be committed to building his confidence, and continuing his socialisation and ongoing training to make sure he develops into well-adjusted dog.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
