About Mazza
Are you ready for some fun in your life?! Meet Mazza!!
This little guy’s happiness is infectious, and he will bring brightness into your life. Mazza is not very tall, shorter than knee height, and weighs just 13kg. He is a super happy dude who is very people social. Mazza gets excited when you come home, and he loves to meet new people as well. He is still learning that people are happy to bend down to give him pats and attention and that he doesn’t need to jump up to get the love. Mazza was raised in a home with small children and is happy to be around kids. All in all, he just loves everyone. His happy grin and full body wriggles make you smile right back at him.
Mazza has previously lived with other small dogs and now shares his foster home with two large dogs as well. He prefers the company of female dogs so would be happy to live with another female doggy friend in his new home. Otherwise, Mazza would also be happy as an only dog – as long as you gave him lots of loving of course!
Did you say walkies? This boy thoroughly enjoys that time of day! When out on walks, Mazza has no issue walking past other dogs and stopping to say hi to new doggie friends on the lead. He has not been exposed to dog park environments before so is best suited to on lead walks in his new home. Mazza is a bundle of energy so would love a daily walk (30-60mins) and some playtime as well. He is mister confident out and about so could accompany his new owners wherever they may like to walk to.
Mazza has been brushing up on his basic training with his foster carer. He is being crate trained and sleeps through the night in his crate. It would be great for Mazza’s new owner to continue some training with him, maybe even go to some group classes. He would find it great mental stimulation and would be a great bonding experience. Mazza came from an environment where he was not given a lot of enrichment. He gets a bit anxious before going on car trips at the moment as he is not used to them. It would be great for his new owners to be able to gradually build his confidence relating to the car so that he can enjoy going on outings and adventures with his family.
We are looking for a loving home for Mazza who will give him a great life. He should be allowed inside to be with the family and will need a warm comfy bed to sleep on inside at night. He is fine to live with kids who are confident enough to deal with his excited nature. Mazza is not suitable to live with cats as he finds them a bit too interesting. He will make a fun addition to his new home and bring life into your household. He’s more than ready to catch up on lost time and get the most out of his life alongside his new best friends.
If you can offer Mazza the home he deserves, then please complete a Dog Adoption Enquiry form on the Fetching Dogs website as the next step.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
