About Bear - 8 Week Old Husky X Bull Arab (Trial)
Bear is an 8 week old, male, Siberian Husky X Bull Arab puppy. He is a beautiful well mannered boy who loves attention and is very playful. Bear will sit and is learning to use his manners to be picked up or sit on the couch. He is toilet training and will need to continue. He loves pats and cuddles. He will be a very large boy and will need lots of exercise and room to be himself.
He loves to play and enjoys other dogs company. He loves to copy his bigger mentor foster brother and is very curious about what others are doing.
Bear is a very healthy little puppy who has been raised in a home environment. He has been very well socialised with other puppies and adult dogs (small and large) and gets along well with them all. He's met lots of people and is friendly and affectionate with them.
Bear will grow up to be a large dog. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.
It would be a big plus if you have a friendly adult dog as a teacher, companion and playmate for Bear. If you don't have another dog to keep him company, then there needs to be someone in the household that doesn't work full time.
Bear needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. He will be wonderful-family dog and is suitable for children 8 years and older. You need good fencing with no small gaps. He can't go to rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire).
Bears siblings Marshall and Chase and are also available for adoption.
Bears adoption fee is $700 which includes his desexing when he is old enough. It also includes his first two vaccinations. He has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.
Bear is in foster care in Port Stephens, NSW. Since he is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. He'll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when he's 5 to 6 months old.
To apply to meet Bear, please fill out our Adoption Questionnaire https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt. If you have any questions, you can send an email to rallychix@gmail.com
