About Looney
Looney is a spirited young adult who is full of energy and enthusiasm. She thrives on mental and physical stimulation, making her an ideal companion for someone who loves outdoor activities and interactive playtime.
Whilst she is still learning, it is recommended that Looney be placed in a home without young children under 10 years old. Her exuberance may overwhelm younger kids. However, she can enjoy the company of other dogs outside of the home and loves socializing with friends who have the same play style. With time, patience and some ongoing training Looney would appreciate regular play dates. It is recommended though that she goes to a home with no other dogs to allow her time on her own as she's been in the busy shelter for some time now.
Looney will need a slow introduction to her new home, so a patient and understanding owner who can gradually acclimate her to being alone for short periods would be ideal. With time, positive reinforcement, and a structured routine, Looney can learn to be more independent and comfortable when left alone.
If you're ready to commit to ongoing training, socialisation and providing a structured environment for Looney, she could become a loyal and loving member of your family. Embrace the journey of helping Looney reach her full potential, and you'll be rewarded with a devoted doggo who will bring joy and excitement into your life.
