About Vinnie - 4 Month Old Labrador X (Trial)
Meet Vinnie. A very special, gentle and sweet natured puppy who is on the lookout for his forever family. Could this be you?
Vinnie is a true sweetheart and will bring so much joy to you and your home. All the cuddles and smooching you can handle.
Vinnie's tail never stops wagging. He is always happy to see you. He is very loyal and just loves being with you. He is a true family dog that will share in all of your adventures.
Vinnie adores the two small humans that he is currently living with. He is extremely gentle with them and constantly follows them around. He would be suited to children 5 years and over.
He is super smart and picks up commands very quickly. He already knows sit, down, in your bed, drop, come, will sit for food and takes treats very gently. He can also use a doggy door and is a dream to walk on a lead. He is crate trained and will sleep through the night. He is still trying his hardest at toilet training but will have this mastered in no time with consistent training. While Vinnie is a fast learner, he will still benefit from ongoing training and puppy school.
Vinnie is still a baby but has had good socialisation with dogs of all ages and sizes. He now lives with three small male dogs over 10 years of age and is very gentle and respectful.
Vinnie would benefit from having a social doggie companion of similar size that is used to puppies and who he could learn from. He could however happily adjust to being an only dog if his humans were around more often than not and showered him with attention.
Vinnie is going to be a medium to large dog with loads of love to give. He will need someone in his life who is prepared to have a larger dog and all that goes with it.
Vinnie is a special dog in more ways than one. He is vision impaired in his right eye. This does not slow him down and our vets confirm that it will not cause any issues in the future. It just makes him even more special and you love him even more.
