About Arla
Arla has learned that humans aren't as bad as she once thought. She is still learning how to play nicely and to trust but she is getting better every day.
Arla loves her foster siblings so is perfectly fine with other kitties. Her foster home is quiet and calm so this would suit her best at the moment while she's still coming out of her shell.
Arla likes to play and rolls over so you can pat her - we're just teaching her how to play with toys not hands, and that pats are nice, not threatening. We don't know her story before she came into care, but like so many, we don't think she was treated very well by her former humans.
If you have a quiet household, Arla may be the one for you. We understand that these shy kitties can take a while to settle in so we're happy for you to foster her first and see how it goes before committing to adoption.
Adoption details
If interested in a cat that is available for adoption, we require you to fill out an adoption application, and one of our lovely foster carers will give you a call to organise a time for a meet and greet.
Please note: As we are all volunteers with limited time up our sleeves, we prefer all interested potential adopters to fill out an application, rather than send an enquiry, as this helps us know more about you and what you are after, and saves us all a lot of time!
Apply here for Arla: https://form.jotform.com/sugarandspicecatrescue/cat-adoption-questionnaire
If forms aren't for you though, please SMS us (the number is in the link) and we can call to go through the form over the phone.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
