About Rosie
Nikki is a delightful older girl - yes she is a black greyhound and not as "pretty" as some, and yes she is an older dog. But nikki has plenty of life in her. You would never believe she was 9 years old! nikki so deserves a loving forever home, she has waited such a long time. Nikki is very loving and affectionate. She has for the first time in her life had to learn that we as her pack leader are going to look after her and she doesn't have to control other dogs and put them in their place all the time. After some guidance and training from her foster carer, she now lives happily with many other dogs of different sizes. Nikki is toliet trained and walks well on a lead. She adores getting out and about - enjoying her daily walks. Nikki would be a wonderful companion for someone. Nikki has had a dental with 5 teeth being removed and a scale and polish on the rest

2) Fill in our adoption inquiry form so we can learn more about you, your family and lifestyle.
3) We match a greyhound to your family and work situation based on the information given in our adoption inquiry
4) Kay's Greys conducts a house check and introduces you to the greyhound
5) If you like the greyhound, he/she goes on a 3- 4 week trial with you
6) After a successful trial period, the greyhound moves in permanently with your family. If it doesn't work out, we take the greyhound back and you can try a different one if you like
