About Gil
Hi! I am Gil and I'm a 5 month old black and white male Border Collie X Kelpie.
What I lack in coordination, I make up for in sweetness. I will wag my tail when you enter a room even if I'm seemingly fast asleep. I love a game of tug and play well with my doggy foster siblings. Even in the midst of all my puppy excitement, you can stop me in my tracks with a belly rub.
I am crate trained and toilet trained, and am slowly mastering my sit and wait. I can be a little bit fearful in new environments but will find my confidence eventually, especially if I have a patient doggy sibling to show me the ropes.
I am still learning that not all food belongs to me, but I will happily rest in my crate with a Kong during human meal times. I will thrive with a person/family who continues to set boundaries and invest time in my development.
I love meeting new people so if you have love to give me, I guarantee I will quadruple it in return. If you think you might be the family for me and can provide the mental and physical stimulation I will need, please send in an application today!

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
