About Raya

Raya is such a darling little girl! The colour of cookies and cream, she loves to play and bounce around just as much as she loves lap cuddles. One of her gorgeous quirks is stretching her toe beans towards your face after finishing up a good nap :)
Raya goes crazy for rings made out of cut-up toilet rolls - it’s her favourite toy and keeps her entertained for hours on end!
Like all Maggie's pets, Raya is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will be a calm environment, with a terrific single person, couple or family who'll be kind and patient with me. I can take some time to warm up, but once I'm feeling comfortable and safe I become an instant a purr machine with SO much love to give!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Kitten! Zoomies in the mornings are usually followed by snoozes in the sun for most of the day. I go crazy for rings made out of cut up from toilet rolls, it’s my favourite toy and I will entertained for a long time!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I think I'd enjoy living with children who are old enough to understand to be gentle with me, and to respect my space when I need it. Kids over 12+
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I haven't had any experience with dogs at this stage, but I've lived with a friendly cat before and didn't mind at all!

Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
