Clarissa is an incredibly joyful and animated little creature! Her charmingly exaggerated eyes are her secret weapon for effortlessly tugging at heartstrings and getting exactly what she wants.

While Clarissa is currently reactive to other dogs, she will thrive as your sole companion as she continues her training and socialization. She possesses impressive learning abilities and is highly motivated by food.

Affection radiates from Clarissa, and she seizes every opportunity to snuggle up with you. She is particularly fond of belly rubs and has a knack for guiding your foot or hand with her mouth to her belly.

Engaging in games of tug of war brings Clarissa immense joy, and she adores soft plush toys that she can throw around, tear apart, and chew on. While squeaky toys don't capture her interest as much, the delightful sound of crinkling piques her curiosity. It's worth noting that she takes great pleasure in dismantling her toys but has never damaged anything that wasn't intended as a plaything.

Going for a leisurely walk brimming with intriguing smells is an absolute delight for Clarissa, and it exhausts her in the best way possible. Since she tends to pull on the leash, using a halti and maintaining consistent leash training would be beneficial.

Clarissa is content being left alone and relishes spending time outdoors basking in the sunlight. However, when indoors, you may find her bed adorned with a piece of your clothing, a sweet gesture that brings her comfort. While Clarissa can adapt to being the only dog in the household for now, it's important to note that she wouldn't be suitable for a family that is away from home for extended periods of up to 8 hours a day.
