Hi there! 👋
My name is Doug. I'm a super sweet boy with a gorgeous merle coat. I'm a 5 year old male Koolie. 🐕
I'm a handsome, happy and friendly boy and I'm looking for a home either with another friendly dog or on my own where I can get all the love and attention from my humans. I LOVE pats, I am a real cutie and I like to demands pats from everyone I meet!
I am struggling with a broken heart. So I will need a patient home that will give me lots of love, fun and some time to adjust. I came from a property so I am used to sleeping outside but foster mum is trying to get me used to everything new that suburbia has to offer.
Foster mum is currently teaching me basic manners, I know sit, stay and I am working on my leash manners. I like to stay with you at the beach and will come back when called. However we are always working on a better recall, as sometimes I do get distracted. Like all dogs, I'll thrive with continued training. I'm a clever boy, learn quickly and will be lots of fun to teach new tricks.
As a working breed, I need daily exercise and mental stimulation to keep me a happy & balanced dog.

~I will also need flea and worm treatments to keep me at my
optimum health, are you prepared for that?
~I've had a diet since being at the rescue of quality biscuits & raw, can you
guarantee to continue my current diet?
~ I am a good 10-20 years commitment are you 100% ready to
give me a home?

~A yard check or photographic proof of secure fencing, shelter & sleeping areas
will be required.
~A vet reference may be required.
