About Teddie 🧸
Let’s start by introducing myself….
My name is Teddie, and I’m a 12mth old male Moodle ❤️
Before i came into care with my foster family, I lived in a rural area, in what they call a ‘Puppy farm’ situation. Sadly I had very little human contact, so my world revolved around the other dogs. We didn’t have the opportunity to snuggle inside with our people, or experience the comfort of a warm bed, so foster care has been a world of new experiences for me!
It certainly was a little overwhelming in the beginning….a warm cosy bed, kindness, love, cuddles and kisses (all of which should be basic necessities) was a little hard to get used to, but let me tell you….I’m starting to REALLY enjoy it ❤️
Please understand that when I’m out of my comfort zone, surrounded by new people, or hear loud noises, I still get a little frightened, but once I know I’m safe, I will lap up all the smooching on offer 🥰
Toilet training is still a work in progress, but with consistency, patience and lots of reassurance and praise, I will get there.
Because my world has been centred around other dogs my whole life, they really do help me, so having a friendly, playful dog (preferably my size) would be perfect! I’m currently in care with my brother Bobbie, who is also on the lookout for a forever family 😉, a Labrador (host dog), and 4 adult cats. I’m ok with the cats, although I do like to bark at them occasionally and sometimes I chase them, but I usually end up with a swift smack on the nose for my efforts.
I did forget to mention i love to play fetch. Throw me a ball, a rope toy anything really and i will chase it, not necessarily return it to you, but ill fetch it!
Whilst I’m currently being introduced to young children in my foster home, their unpredictable nature can make me a little nervous at times, so would be better suited to a home with children over the age of 10 years.
You’ll find me in Umina Beach on the Central Coast NSW, so if you’re interested in meeting me (or my brother Bobbie), please send through an enquiry and be sure to make it stand out ❤️

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
