Holly

Holly is a playful and affectionate young lady who has missed out on some early socialisation so she can be worried with close handling so her new owner will need to go slow and use food rewards, making sure all interactions are positive and fun.

Holly is very food motivated and eager to please and she is just learning her 'sit' so will need to start with the basics.

Holly will need to be allowed indoors to be part of the family and crate training is recommended to give her a safe space to go to when feeling overwhelmed and also a place she can go to chill and learn to switch off when getting over aroused.

Holly loves her food so it is recommended she be fed from enrichment toys to provide her with plenty of mental stimulation and brain training activities.

Holly is best suited to calm older teens who can be involved in her training an she must meet other dogs at time of adoption as she can be quite vocal and easily exciteable around othem so would do best with a calm social doggie friend who she can learn from.
