About Marbles
Re-Introducing Marbles! Marbles is a Cattle Dog x born on 30th April 2018.
Sweet Marbles was brought in to us as an unmicrochipped stray with another female Cattle x. We believe both girls have previously been used for breeding.
We believe Marbles has been a farm dog & hasn't been allowed to enjoy the comforts of a warm & cosy house. We would love for her new family to allow her to be an inside dog (if she would like to be) & to shower her in love & affection for the rest of her years.
Unfortunately Marbles didn't test well with larger dogs, however she was playful & affectionate towards smaller female dogs. If you have a friendly female dog at home we will need to do a meet & greet with them before going home to ensure they get along.
Marbles was unfazed by cats & pocket pets. Marbles has lived with cats & they got along very well. We recommend a slow & controlled introduction to any existing animals at home to ensure a safe & happy relationship.
Marbles has shown no signs of separation anxiety while at the facility.
Marbles shows no signs of food aggression towards humans, however she will need to be fed separately from any other animals in the home.
Being a working breed she will need an owner who is active & willing to not only give her the physical exercise she needs, but stimulate her brain as well.
Marbles' adoption fee is $200 and includes her desexing, lifetime registration & current vaccination. Marbles is also regularly treated for flea and worms.
To enquire more or to meet Marbles, please call 0499 900 272 or email ccacfpetadoptions@gmail.com and speak to one of our friendly staff.
Marbles is located in East Maitland.
Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please contact us on 0499 900 272.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide will helps us to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home. We will also have certain adoption requirements that have to be approved prior to meeting the animal (eg fencing requirements, no young kids, etc)
Once all of your questions have been answered and adoption requirements met and approved, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the shelter in the Hunter Valley.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
