Can you help Sonsie find her forever home?
This is Sonsie’s 3rd time here at the refuge due to no fault of her own.
Sonsie was a very scared cat when she was surrendered to us for the very first time. It took a while for her to come out of her shell and to trust people.
When she got adopted the first time it was to a lovely older lady that took her time with Sonsie and gave her the space she needed. Over time Sonsie became that lady’s shadow and would lay on her bed and go gardening with her during the day. Unfortunately, Sonsie then had to be surrendered as the lady went into a home and couldn’t take her. It was a sad surrender for both the owner and Sonsie.
A few months passed by Sonsie was watching all the other cats and kittens around her get adopted. Sonsie was posted in the paper looking for a home. She was then adopted and taken to a home that could give her all the love she wanted. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out Sonsie didn’t feel comfortable in the home and her new owner had tried everything.
Sonsie is seeking a home with no young children and no cats.
Sonsie is a very easy cat to look after. All she wants is people to give her space to do her own thing.
Sonsie is happy to come sit beside you to get brushed and patted. She doesn’t like to be picked up or crowded. But that doesn’t make her a cat that doesn’t deserve the same love as other cat do.
She has a lovely nature and is a very chilled cat.
Sonsie has previously been an inside/ outside cat.
Please if you are looking for a easy cat to have around that is happy to do her own thing Sonsie is the cat for you!
Help Sonsie find the loving home she deserves.
