About Carly *Adoption Pending*
*adoption pending* carly, is one of 4 healthy, happy puppies who were born on 27 november 2010. Their mum bonnie, a very sweet natured terrier cross was surrendered to sarg by balranald shire council a week after they were born. We’re unsure of who dad was but we suspect he might’ve been a shih tzu cross as all the pups have lovely curly fluffy fur whereas mum has more finer, silky, scruffy hair. carly is an absolutely gorgeous little pup! gentle and affectionate this pretty girl really enjoys her own company and can often be found entertaining herself with her toys or exploring the garden while the other pups play. Don’t get us wrong as she does like to play with the others too, though when it gets too rough for this little lady she’d prefer to watch their antics from the sideline! we reckon carly has her father’s gene’s as she’s the 2nd smallest of the pups, has shorter legs and is even developing a slight underbite which is common in shih tzu’s. Carly isn’t fussy about food and loves being picked up for cuddles and will snuggle up and give you cute little kisses in return. All of the pups get along well with their carers other little dogs and the cat, who is often found happily playing with them. They’re used to being handled by adults as well as children and are pretty much “bomb proof”. Their carer has put lots of time and love into them – they already know to go to the toilet on the lawn and will happily lie on their backs for ages for a tummy rub – the 4 of them look so cute lying belly-up in a row wanting a tickle!!!
as carly is only a young puppy she will require ongoing obedience training as well as socialisation with other dogs so she grows up to have lovely manners. Daily walks or runs around the backyard, secure fencing and toys to keep her stimulated are also a necessity so she doesn’t get bored and up to mischief. Carly will need regular brushing and a clip a few times a year to keep her stunning coat in tip-top condition. Carly would be best suited to an indoor / outdoor lifestyle with either a doggie companion to learn from or on her own but only if she won’t be left alone for long periods of time especially while she’s a pup. If you think you’ve got the time, patience and love to bring up sweet little carly then please contact sarg for an application now!!
