About Smudge
Smudge is a sweetheart still very shy of new people however he comes around quickly especially if there is food involved.
Smudge is great with other dogs of varying age and size he is a social boy who is respectful of older dogs he isn’t bothered by cats either.
He is a clever boy who is fully house-trained loves his crate and sleeps in it all night in fact he will crate himself when he needs space as well. He does walk on a lead just needs some encouragement he will sit for his food in his crate and will wait nicely once finished to be let out.
Smudges foster mum feels he needs to move on to his forever home so he can bond with his new humans he is great with her and interacts easily offers licks and comes to her for pats love and attention he is interacting with his foster dad more and more every day. He would be better with another dog however it’s not a necessity if you have the time for him. In return you are going to end up with a special guy. smudge is only a little guy approx 14 kgs and not tall at all he is fully vetted and ready to go.
We feel he would be better with older children and isn’t suited as a back yard dog this boy will once, he is settled be an amazing companion
As he is only still a pup 8 months, he will require ongoing training to ensure he continues to be the special boy he already is.
If you think this special man could be your new best friend just pm the page or check out his profile in our adoption Album
Smudge is only a small medium sized guy and will require an adopter or adopters willing to continue with his training to ensure he becomes the best pup ever
