About Bruce 🐶 11mos American Staffy (On Trial 30/6/23)
* FOSTER or ADOPT * Bruce is a true-blue Aussie goofball. If you’re a fan of the noble and strong American Staffy then you may have found your perfect dog.
Super friendly, Bruce loves to play with every dog he meets. He is an 11 month old American staffy, with puppy playfulness and the joy of life. Fun loving and affectionate, he loves toys. He will sit and stay when asked. Best of all, he’s toilet trained! He’s a strong dog and will need a person or family prepared to continuing his training. The good news is that when you have a dog that loves his tucker as much as Bruce does, reward training will work extremely well!
Bruce loves to be close to you and if allowed, will snuggle up to you on the couch or your bed. He loves road trips and the chance to have a good sniff around all the new and exciting places. Camping and beach trips are high on his list of things to do.
Bruce has been with a foster carer peacefully coexisting with 3 other dogs, a bird and a rabbit. He does not like cats. Ideally Bruce would be adopted to a home where he can live with another dog of similar temperament and size, or else where he has regular access to playmates.
A good sized yard would be nice so he can do zoomies, play tug and chase a ball. He likes his humans to be home more often than not so would suit part time workers or people who work from home.

Bruce is in foster care in the Newcastle, NSW area. He is available for interstate adoption. His adoption fee is $500 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms and microchipped.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:

(2) If the questionnaire is approved we will arrange a property check so we
can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) After that we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster
carer's home, nearby park or your home.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family
member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.

We prefer payment by funds transfer and don't accept cash or personal
