Peewu is a community dog, brought down from the Lockhart area. He was shy at first but very soon fell in love with his foster carers and now loves a cuddle and takes every opportunity to be around them, including rare visits inside the house as long as he’s on his mat.

Peewu loves playing with other dogs. He has a chasing, bouncy play style and his recall is coming along nicely.

Peewu has had lead training and walks very well on the lead, always looking up at his human for a treat or acknowledgment, each day his attention span increases. He loves 1-2 walks a day.

Peewu is a great dog who will be even better with some more training. He will benefit from a home who will continue to teach him new things as he is very smart, eager to please, and food motivated by food. He will make a very local and affectionate family member!

Peewu is $350 to adopt and comes desexed, microchipped, C5 vaccinated, heartworm tested (negative) and given flea/tick/worm prevention.
