Lovebug is one big senior baby. He’s seeking his fur-ever home of cuddles and belly rubs.

You will never be lonely or wanting affection with Lovebug around. He was clearly put on this earth to shower people with love. We think Lovebug has at some point come from a loving home as he loves hoomans and is very friendly with other dogs. He’s been staying with another young Labrador and he adores her, they play and relax together nicely. He has the best toe tappies in town and loves his toys so much that he carries them (and blankets) everywhere. He loves his teddies as much as he loves his hoomans.

While he suffers from arthritis (which is being treated) in his back left leg, potentially right as well, he acts like a young man on lead and walks fairly swiftly and also enjoys a good off-lead play outside. He walks nicely with his Lab friend on lead apart from sometimes wanting to say hello to a passing dog a bit too much. He does take correction well.

Toilet and house trained with no issues. Albeit he would definitely prefer a home with no stairs and ideally one which lets him cuddle on the couch with his hooman. At the end of a walk he will avoid stairs, so no stairs is important. No separation anxiety which we have been made aware of.

He’s a big cuddly bear on a weight loss journey which will hopefully help his arthritis. His previous home have clearly fed the Labrador in him a little too much.
