About Emma
Meet Emma, a young adult dog who is in search of a loving and patient owner to guide her on her journey to happy ever after. Emma may initially feel nervous in new environments, so she requires someone who understands her needs and will be patient and supportive during her training process. She warms up very quick and the result is a beautiful happy and relaxed doggo.
Emma's ideal home would be with an owner who wants to include her as part of the family on a daily basis. Emma loves making memories with her favourite people, and enjoys nothing more than to chill out after a game in the backyard. She would do well to continue training and socialisation in her new home.
To keep Emma happy and engaged, she will thrive in an environment that offers plenty of activities and enrichment. She loves toys and will enjoy interactive games and puzzles that challenge her mind and keep her occupied. Providing her with mental and physical stimulation will help her channel her energy in positive ways.
In her foster home, Emma has been fantastic with the kids. There is a mutual respect and understanding, and the children are always appropriate and assist making her feel safe. The feedback from her foster home is that she is gentle and playful with the children. Emma would prefer to be the only dog in the household, allowing her to have all the attention and love to herself.
If you are looking for a rewarding experience with a rescue dog and are ready to provide Emma with the love, patience, and guidance she needs, she will be eternally grateful. A truly lovely dog, she will blossom in a home that understands and respects her.
Note: This dog is currently being cared for in a home and when adopted, it will free up a spot to help another dog.
