Matey is a 2 year old Jack Russell who loves to make friends. He is an active pup and loves to go for long walks, play catch, and explore the outdoors. Matey is 7kg of pure energy and affection and gets on well with other dogs and adores children. He has been vaccinated, microchipped, desexed, wormed, so he's all ready to go home with you!
Matey's ideal home would be one with a medium height fence as he loves to run around and explore. Although he usually gets along great with cats, he sometimes can get a bit too excited when meeting them for the first time.
If you're looking for a loyal companion who will always be up for an adventure - Matey is the pup for you! Please include lots of information about you and please use the link below.

Here are some quick tips to make your APPLICATION stand out:
Include as many details as you can about your lifestyle, family, accommodation, and work. Here’s some first-hand feedback from our member rescue organisations about what they'd like to see in your applications:

🐾 Details about your family
🏡 Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.
Add questions into the application.
Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
