Hi, my name is Jacob.

I love my people and enjoy sitting with them, or rather on top of them, while they watch television. I think I’m a lap dog and LOVE my belly scratches. I love my walks but do need further socialising to learn how to approach other dogs! I am a bit too enthusiastic.

I also love to play and tug-of-war, it’s my favourite game but I am very smart and could learn all sort of commands and tricks over time.

If I was to live with another dog, I would prefer it to be about the same size as me. I think I’d like a fur-sibling.

I am not a big fan of cats. I love older children, but small children are too hectic for me. I don’t like to be left alone for long periods of time but leave me with a Kong full of peanut butter or other yummy treats and I’ll love you forever!

As I'm not a very tall fellow, I don't need high fencing. Four-foot fences are just fine. I may be small in stature, but I am all muscle.

I like my kibble in the morning and raw meat with kibble at night. I sometimes bark at people or dogs walking past my house, but I don't bark all the time. I am an excellent guard doggie. I am used to being an inside dog and know how to use a doggie door.
