About Josh - 11 Month Old Mastiff X
Josh is a goofy, affectionate playful puppy who is looking for his forever family.
Those gorgeous green eyes and adorable floppy ears will melt your heart.
Josh is in foster care with older children and an older dog. Josh thinks he is a lap dog and loves nothing more than to climb onto your lap and snuggle up to you.
He loves to be around his foster family so he would be well suited to someone who is home some of the time and/or has older children that can play and walk him.
He is currently fitting in well with the resident dog and loves to follow and copy. Josh would be well suited to a family that has another dog but he would manage as an only fur child if there were children to entertain and play with him.
He is going to be a big boy and his crazy antics make your laugh with how gangly and uncoordinated he is. Due to his large breed he would suit a family with children over 8yrs old.
He is highly intelligent and is learning to sit already. He is also learning to walk on a lead and loves his daily adventures.
He sleeps through the night and ideally whilst he is still young would need a quiet safe spot inside at nighttime to sleep.
Josh Summary
⁃ Affectionate and loveable
⁃ Will need ongoing training and socialisation with a commitment to daily exercise
⁃ Someone will need to be home more often then not
⁃ Would love a doggy friend to play with but also happy to be with the humans
⁃ Will require a secure yard with plenty of room to run and play safely
Josh is in foster care in Lambton, Newcastle, NSW, and is available for adoption interstate. Adoption fee is $500, and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms and microchipped.
