NOTE: You are unable to meet Indra until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet Indra in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you.

What I need in my new home:
• Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• Further training with basic doggie manners
• To be allowed inside with my family
• A doggie playmate would be great, if not then lots of socialising with other dogs
• Secure Fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent)
• Lots of toys and mental stimulation
• I have lots of energy so an active family is a must
• I arrived at the shelter as a stray, so my history is unknown. Due to this, my interaction with cats that are free roaming in the house or yard is completely unknown. There can be no guarantee that I will be ok living with cats, so it is recommended that I don’t go to a home that has them or someone that is happy to do a very slow introduction.

Things that I don’t want in my new home:
• To be left alone in the backyard without any interaction
• Not to be allowed inside with my family
• Never to go on a walk or rides in the car

My best features:
• Wiggle butt
• Highly food motivated
• Gentle & placid
• I have am a generally well-mannered dog
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans
• I walk well on lead for a newbie. More training will be necessary.
• Happy to hang out with other friendly dogs
• Social butterfly
• I LOVE toys
• Well mannered

Where I need to improve / Training required
• I'm learning to walk on the lead at the shelter and am getting much better.
• I showed some signs of being scared of thunder & fireworks. I will require a safe space to retreat to during these events as well as comfort and reassurance from my family.
