About Loki
❗️URGRNT FOSTER OR ADOPTION ❗️
Loki | 6yrs | Male | Siberian Husky
Located Tasmania
Hand this man a carrot and a tennis ball and he’s happy! Meet Loki, a lovely black and white husky boy, who will be six years old later this year.
Loki is the sweetest soul. He’s extremely caring and playful with whoever he meets, whether they’re a person or a dog. Loki is very sweet, tolerant and playful with kids, including infants and children up to 7 years old.
Loki loves nothing more than to lounge like a couch potato next to you watching a movie (Snow dogs is his favourite). He loves to keep you company whilst cooking dinner so he can get some of his favourite treats (he loves raw carrot, brocoli and cucumber).
Loki is fully house trained and will sit, shake and loves to fetch a ball. He loves socialising at the dog parks and going for rides in the car. He also isn’t destructive if he’s left alone in the house. This boys ticks so many boxes, and we’re going to tick some more for you!
He doesn’t care about storms, isn’t a barker (but doesn’t mind a little howly chat when you get home, to say hello of course!), and is only a gentle digger.
Loki has a husky’s recall off lead (aka none whatsoever) so he needs to be kept on leash when out, or in a fully fenced dog park.
Loki’s people have moved to a rural area and when they were in town with a 6ft colourbond fences, Loki showed no interest on trying to escape at all. However, the wildlife and different fencing has been too tempting for him and he needs to be back in a more snugly fenced environment.
Loki is a total delight and we know we’ve got the perfect new household out there for him. Does this sound like you?
The usual husky rules apply, with 5ft + dig-proof fencing, lots of love and exercise (yes even the couch potatoes need a walk!) and no cats or pocket pets.
