Eugene

Eugene is a loving Staffy puppy who loves to snuggle and play. He would love nothing more than to sit in your lap 24/7 but he is also independent and will happily play and sleep by himself whilst you go to work or work from home.

He is a sweet boy who is fantastic and sensible with young children, his new family will need to continue rewarding this behaviour. He's currently in a foster home with a 7 & 9 year old and loves their attention, but is also just as happy to sit and watch them play too.

He is respectful and gentle with the resident cats, and doesn't chase them if they run. His new family will need to continue management and focused supervision if he does live with cats.

Although he showed no symptoms, unfortunately being exposed to parvo, he has had to isolate in his foster carers bathroom during his stay so his new family will need to start toilet training with him. Eugene is a clever puppy and we are sure he will work it out very quickly with routinely visits outside to remind him.

Like all puppies, he would benefit greatly from attending Puppy school to further his education and exposure to other canines. He would also love to live with another canine.

Being a puppy he loves toys! Chew ropes and medium to hard rubber toys are some of his favorites. The more the better! Having these toys around will help with teaching Eugene to chew on them instead of fingers when he begins teething.

We would love to see Eugene adopted by a young family full of love, energy and fun adventures.
