Hi, my name is Nellie, I am a lovely sweet natured little girl but I find myself needing a new forever home. I have lived with my current family all my life, with kids. I'm good with other dogs when out for walks but I have some resource guarding issues with food which could become an issue living with other dogs. So a single dog home is best for me. I do like my food as you can see, I am a little on the porky side. I am a smiley blue girl, with a sweet personality, lots of energy and some cheekiness. I love to be active and interact with my humans, always happy to be around and near them, and absolutely love to rest up and snuggle close. I enjoy spending time outside at my leisure. I will sleep happily snug as a dog in rug at night in the bed of my choice, even on the bed when allowed. I am toilet trained making being inside no issue. I am thrilled to go for daily walks, I walk well on the lead and am great with other dogs. Car rides are not a problem as, I love to cruise. I have some skills can, Sit, Drop, good recall with my current owners but new owner will need to work on it with me, good name recognition and will shake hands. I don’t spook easy, loud noises don’t bother me unless you are a screaming smoke alarm them, I do not like much, makes me want to run.
