About Gizmo
Gizmo once settled can be quite territorial so needs an experienced dog owner.
Gizmo needs a very active owner he needs long walks and can be reactive to visitors so needs an experienced owner.
Gizmo’s foster mum says:
Gizmo has lovely house manners but will bark to alert you there is someone at the door.
He waits to be invited up onto the sofa and sleeps overnight in his own bed, or on yours if you let him.
Only one accident inside but that was a panic-pee when his previous owner left.
He was quite anxious initially but after a good ½ hour walk he quickly settled down and had a nap. He slept all night without any crying. He’s not a lap dog but likes to be close to you.
After just a day, his playful side emerged. He obsessed with tennis ball which he returns to you to throw again, he has several teddy bears which he loves.
Gizmo enjoys his walks and is quite good on the lead. He does best with a long retractable lead.
He travels in the car with no problems with a seatbelt restraint. He doesn’t like being left on his own so needs someone home more often than not. Not suitable for full time workers or people
Enjoys long walks 45 mins
