Meet Phil

Hello, my name is Phil. I have grown up at the RSPCA and I am now ready to find my forever home! I am hoping to find a home indoors where I am safe, warm and very loved! My favourite toy is the ping pong ball, and you'll often find me in the bathtub recreating an F1 racetrack! Once I'm all tuckered out from racing, I'll come and snuggle!
